At Black Opal Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and luxury packaging intact to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item back into its original Black Opal Direct presentation box and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the provided protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you obtain a tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
